Yes it's available for leisure! The requirements needed are Vaccination Card if you're fully vaccinated if not bring swab or pcr test that indicates that you're negative from corona virus and 1 valid ID.

if you have swa, rapid test or med cert that would be better but if you dont have we have thermal scanner to check your temp before proceeding and if youre coming from the province i guess youll have a travel pass or authorization to travel cert.

Overall we have a comfortable stay at Gervasia and it meets our expectations.

Location as it is only walking distqnce to ayala malls.

Our first occupies room has small cockroaches, the other room was quite better though. Towels fibers remains on skin., perhaps due to it being relatively new.

Not happy with my breakfast not much choices. Location is good.

Recommendable - affordable and comfy

Well...this is a budget hotel! I don't expect so much so far, the services and facilities are excellent to me Location is walkable to Greenbelt, and resto Front Desk staffs are so helpful and amazing.

Towels are so old and I dont like dark colours

Nice staff & location but please improve your Maintenance & Housekeeping Team

Majority of the staff were accommodating and always smiling (from the receptionists, guards to room assistants). It somehow compensated the much needed improvement of the hotel Location; just few walking distance from Waltermart, Makati Cinema Square & other establishments (restos, drugstore, fastfood etc.)

There this 1 staff (RA) we encountered at the parking, I said thank you but he didn't responded (deadma), seems not paying attention cause he's looking somewhere away from us Not so warm shower; we asked for assistance on how we can set up the shower to warm; but it really didn't work; still good thing cold shower was bearable 1st room reserved for us, there was a dried roach under the pillow, it seems it was not re-checked & re-clean thoroughly before they allowed us to enter the room but good thing they transferred us to much bigger room Wifi not working during our stay; the night receptionist told us that there was a network issue and since it was already midnight, there was no maintenance available to check, while the morning receptionist informed us when we followed up that there was a net issue within Makati area. That's why we ended up borrowing a prepaid wifi from a relative during our stay Bathroom's exhaust fan not working but we didn't mind that much Overall, still a nice stay thanks to a good customer service & strategic location but please work on your room facilities, please ensure that rooms are thoroughly re-checked, repaired, cleaned before allowing your guests to use the room. Please improve your housekeeping & maintenance team

Good value for money, good location, comfortable.

I liked that the property is located very near the area where I had an early morning transaction. I just walked over there from the hotel. Checking in was a breeze and the free breakfast was okay.

I recommend gervasia hotel for your staycation

I like the family room it feels comportable for us.The staffs are friendly.

One thing we dont like is the bad smell comes from the bathroom i think its the floor drain. But in the other room na nag stay kami in the fast few weeks ok naman.

The location is great near Convenience stores, malls and a couple of blocks from parks and big malls like Glorietta, Landmark and Greenbelt ( if you are into walking) Staff tried their best to be helpful and accommodating. Plus points for the mini fridge.

The bed I slept in had little bugs that bit me which I didn't mind and the cover didn't look like it was washed or ( clean) I just covered it with my own bed sheet. The rooms I stayed in probably were the old ones. The shower was underwhelming. Wasn't able to use the television because of the signal ( not a big deal) but could have been helpful to pass time. There were some weird noises in the night from the other rooms. The airconditioning did not work in the duplex room. The shower area's sliding door did not close well. I spent over 13k for two nights 2 duplex rooms and 1 studio room. could have been better but I'm probably going to look for another place.

My stay at the Gervacia Hotel was a pleasant one. I The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 days. The hotel crew were very helpful, starting from the Front Desk to Housekeeping and even the security guard. The location is another best feature, there is Makati Square nearby plus KFC and McDonalds.

There should be 2 sets of bfast menu which they can use alternatively within the week. The bfast menu was quite limited. But the servings are good anyway. Was never able to use the WiFi in my room for the whole time I was there, connection was poor already in the 3rd floor.

breakfast was served on time, hotell staff and security personnel were accomodating. The proximity to the mall was the best part. also the proximity to the park where we ahd aour morning walk, was great

Worth the money you spend!

This property was the only budget-friendly which can accommodate us (2 adults and 3 small children) in 1 room with free breakfast for 2. Also, it is near all the prime locations in Makati.

The rooms and the facilities are quite old. Floor tiles are getting off the floor and the toilet smells off even if it’s clean.

It was my 3rd time in this hotel. in the room I checked in there was no hot water and shower was broken and they gave me another double room without problems. thanks a lot for that. good staff

choice for breakfast isn’t big, only Philippino food. Bed sheets were old and with holes

Pwede na - love the location but can work on some improvements :)

The breakfast was okay, quaint but delicious. There were a lack of options (we only got to choose three out of the usual, maybe, 7?) but they made it up with the quality of food.

Lack of housekeeping which was only abailable for a certain time period (we never got to ask)
